Environment

We, at Ambiente, are commited to develop decorative products that are friendly to our environment. We are thankful to our world, which is the source of our inspiration, the place where we live and make our dreams come true, the place where we enjoy doing what we like to do. We respect our world and its irreplaceble resources. We need to protect and preserve our natural environment as we are seeing everyday how strongly we are working to destroy it. Our propossal is to design products inspired in the nature, and handmade with either recycled materials, or friendly natural materials. Our main materials are as follows:

Clay and ceramics:

We call it clay and ceramics, but the product is 100% clay. This product is made of natural earth, taken from the soil of Tonala, Jalisco, Mexico. This natural earth is mixed with water and then formed into our varios shapes with molds. Then it is baked with fire to achieve its solid forms.
Glass

Our glass is 100% recycled. Therefore it has slight small bubbles that are formed due to the impurity of the recycling process. We use beer and soda bottles, wine bottles, glass scrap from factories, among many other types of glass waste and scrap.
Pewter

In Mexico they call pewter to a recycled aluminum product. We use aluminum scrap, which is then melted and poured into the shapes of our different molds to create the beautiful designs we offer.
Copper

Our copper products are also made of 100% recycled copper. Scrap from electrical cable, celular phones and all types of metal containing devices is used to produce the copper we use for our products. The metal parts obtained through a carefully selective process are melted and then formed into sheets which are then hammered into the shapes we offer.
Iron

The iron we use is also made of recylced iron scrap business relationship.
