Iron fabrication
Iron fabrication
-
A. The preparation of the materials in the case of the iron is different. Round rods or square long trams of recycled iron are purchased. Then the rods and profiles cut into the measures needed by the final product.

-
B. Once the trams are cut, the forging process starts, heating the iron rods and then hammering them to achieve the wroght and forged look. Then soldered together to join with the other pieces to form the shapes needed.

-
C. Once the product is finished it is covered with a powder coat to avoid oxidation and rusting. After this, a handmade patina is applied to get a warmth and nice look to the final iron product.
