Pewter fabrication

• A. Similar to the copper, the process starts with the melting of the aluminum scrap to form a liquid metal substance.
  
  
  
  
• B. The liquid aluminum is then poured into sand molds with the shapes of the different designs. After a cooling process the molds are taken apart and the raw pieces are achieved in a grey off color.
  
  
  
  
• C. Using a spining machine, the pewter is then polished to obtain its natural bright and beautiful finish.
